PHILADELPHIA (AP) -Sam Cassell made his Boston debut on Monday night, coming off the bench against Philadelphia for the first time since he signed with the Celtics last week.
Cassell, averaging 12.8 points and 4.7 assists this season, entered midway through the second quarter.
Cassell, signed after being bought out by the struggling Los Angeles Clippers, has not played since spraining his right wrist on Feb. 20. The veteran guard also missed 12 games earlier in the season with a strained left calf.
