Pistons vs. Bucks Pick
Are the host Milwaukee Bucks going to end the five-game win streak of the Detroit Pistons tonight when they meet at 8PM ET?
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Bucks are listed as a 4-point favorite on the spread line. The over-under is set at 206 points.
Detroit comes in with a 10-3 record and is 9-3-1 ATS after a 112-103 home victory over the Heat. Milwaukee is 7-6 overall and 6-5-2 ATS following a 110-103 home win against the Grizzlies. The host Pistons defeated the Bucks 105-96 on Nov. 3. Since the start of last season, the Bucks have won three of five meetings straight up while Detroit is 3-2 ATS. The under has gone 3-2.
In the win over Miami, Tobias Harris led the way with 25 points and seven rebounds. Avery Bradley contributed 25 points and six rebounds. Reggie Jackson had 17 points, four assists and four rebounds. The Pistons outscored the Heat 57-45 in the second half.
Giannis Antetokounmpo paced the Bucks in the victory against Memphis with 27 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, two steals and two blocks. John Henson had 17 points and eight rebounds. Khris Middleton also scored 17. Milwaukee trailed by five at halftime before outscoring the Grizzlies 24-12 in the third quarter.
The Pistons are 2-5 ATS in their last seven meetings in Milwaukee. The under is 5-2 in the last seven meetings.
Detroit has struggled recently in Milwaukee and now it’s a better Bucks team with The Greek Freak emerging as a star and Eric Bledsoe fitting in nicely since being acquired via trade. And just think, Milwaukee is still without Jabari Parker until probably February. Look for the Bucks to again show they are one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference and cover the spread at home versus the Pistons.
