Toronto rolled to a 125-113 home win Wednesday night over Detroit to improve to 4-1 overall and 3-0 at home. The Raptors led by six at halftime and then outscored the Pistons 37-27 in the third quarter on their way to the victory. Pascal Siakam paced Toronto with 30 points on 13-of-21 shooting including 3-of-6 from 3-point range plus 1-of-1 at the free throw line. He also registered five rebounds, five assists and two steals. Kyle Lowry accounted for 20 points, eight dimes, five boards and two steals. Norman Powell contributed 19 points and two steals off the bench. Serge Ibaka tallied 19 points, six caroms, two assists and two steals as a reserve. OG Anunoby had 13 points, eight rebounds and two steals. Fred VanVleet added 13 points and eight assists.
Bucks bounce Magic
Milwaukee dominated to the tune of 123-91 Friday night at Orlando to move to 3-2 overall and 2-1 on the road. The Bucks led 62-41 at halftime of the rout Giannis Antetokounmpo paced Milwaukee with 29 points on 9-of-16 shooting including 1-of-4 from 3-point range plus 8-of-11 at the free throw line. He also manufactured 14 rebounds, six assists and two steals. Eric Bledsoe had 18 points, six rebounds and six assists. Khris Middleton notched 16 points and six boards. Donte DiVincenzo recorded 14 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals off the bench. Ersan Ilyasova added 10 points, five caroms and two steals as a reserve.

Toronto has had several days off leading into this contest, while the Bucks are on a back-to-back with travel. Even though Milwaukee will be highly motivated for this game, I like that the Raptors have had rest and have played well thus far this season. I’m taking the points with the visitors.
