NBA Betting Trends
Washington
The under is 4-0-1 in the last five Wizards games on Sundays. The Wizards are 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings.
Los Angeles
The over is 5-0 in the last five meetings in LA. The Clippers are 1-5 ATS in their last six games versus a team with a losing straight up record.
Prediction:
Washington has struggled, but has the talent at least in the backcourt to be a playoff-caliber team like it has been in recent seasons. The absence of Dwight Howard has been big since the Wizards have been historically bad at rebounding to begin the season. As long as Washington cleans some things up here, it should be able to cover the spread against a Clippers team ripe for a letdown after an emotionally charged win at the Rockets.
