Thaddeus Young and Al Jefferson contributed 14 points and eight boards each. The Pacers led 31-26 after one quarter, but were outscored 37-19 in the second to lead to the defeat.
Andrew Wiggins hit a buzzer-beater from half-court Sunday night to lift the T-wolves to a stunning win at OKC. Wiggins finished with 27 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Karl-Anthony Towns also contributed 27 points to go with 12 rebounds. Jeff Teague had 19 points, nine assists and six boards. Jimmy Butler had 15 points, six assists and six rebounds. Taj Gibson added 11 points and 10 caroms.
The over is 14-5-1 in the last 20 meetings between Indiana and Minnesota. The Timberwolves are 0-4 ATS in their last four home games.
Minnesota might be due for a letdown coming back home against an inferior opponent after such an exciting victory. Twelve points is a lot to cover and the Pacers were competitive in their last road game. We like Indiana to keep it closer than oddsmakers predict.
