Montrezl Harrell had 17 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and three blocked shots off the bench. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 12 points, five boards and four assists as a reserve. Lou Williams registered 12 points, five rebounds and two assists off the bench. Los Angeles was outscored 28-22 in the fourth quarter, but held on for the win.
Mirotic, Davis lead Pelicans past Kings
New Orleans raced to a 149-129 Friday night at home over Sacramento. The Pelicans led 72-63 at halftime and held control in the second half. Nikola Mirotic led the way with 36 points on 14-of-21 shooting with nine rebounds and two assists to pace New Orleans. Anthony Davis had 25 points, 10 boards, six assists, two steals and two blocks. Jrue Holiday contributed 15 points, 10 assists, six rebounds and three steals. Elfid Payton had 11 points, six assists and six rebounds. E’Twaun Moore registered 10 points and two assists. Julius Randle tallied 13 points and 14 boards off the bench. Darius Miller added 10 points as a reserve.
