NBA Finals Game 5 Prediction
With Draymond Green forced to sit out, will the Cleveland Cavaliers pose problems for the Golden State Warriors’ defense in Game 5 tonight?
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Golden State is favored at home in tonight’s game, as the Warriors are getting odds of -5.5 points against the Cavaliers. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 204.5 points. Golden State has a 3-1 lead in the series.
Golden State is 88-15 on the season, 59-42-2 against the spread and 52-50 with the over. Cleveland is now 70-30 overall, 47-50 against the spread and 51-49 with the under. Golden State took a commanding 3-1 lead in the series thanks to a 108-97 win on Friday in Game 4 in Cleveland. These two have hit the under in three of four games in this series.
The loss of Draymond Green will hurt the Warriors' rebounding as well as defense. They'll have to use more of James Michael McAdoo, which is a bad thing for the Warriors. At home, Golden State will put up some serious points and the Cavs will score off of offensive rebounds as well as off of when Andre Iguodala is not on the floor for Golden State.
