The Clippers will try to cut into the Jazz’ 2-0 lead when the series shifts to STAPLES Center for Game 3 on Saturday night. Will the Clippers pick up their first win of the series while also covering as a 4.5-point home favorite or is there a better play on the board?

Utah Jazz DFS Notes
Donovan Mitchell told reporters that his ankle feels “fine” after it was hit in the final minute of Game 2 Thursday night. Mitchell remained red hot in Game 2, tallying 37 points, three rebounds, four assists, six triples and three turnovers in 39 minutes. However, with just 12 seconds left in the fourth quarter, Mitchell looked to be in significant pain as he grabbed the right ankle that he sprained several weeks ago. However, speaking with the media after the game, Mitchell said: “I got hit and it hurt, but I’m fine now. I walked in here. If you want me to sprint for you, I can. I’m good. You know, s— happens. Thankfully, it wasn’t bad. Move on and get ready for Game 3.” Over Utah’s past 13 playoff games, dating back to their first-round series vs. Denver in the bubble last year, Micthell is averaging 34.6 points, 5.1 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 4.5 made 3-pointers, while shooting 50.7% from the floor, 46.8% from downtown and 91.9% on FT’s.
Los Angeles Clippers DFS Notes
Paul George recorded 27 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, two triples and four turnovers across 44 minutes in Thursday’s Game 2 loss to Utah. George was a bit better than he was in Game 1, but he still wasn’t great tonight, finishing 8-of-18 from the floor with a plus/minus rating of minus-12. His defense wasn’t really there, as Donovan Mitchell essentially got whatever he wanted, and things simply cannot continue to trend in this direction if the Clippers hope to have any chance of advancing to the Western Conference Finals. They did drop the first two games of their First Round series, though, so we wouldn’t count them out just yet.
