With a blowout victory in Game 3, the Cleveland Cavaliers showed they still have plenty of fight left in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Boston Celtics. Is Cleveland going to secure another home win tonight to even the series at two games apiece?

LeBron gets support from teammates

Cavs superstar LeBron James was under his playoff average for points in Game 3 as he finished with 27 points plus 12 assists, five rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots. The difference was that he received plenty of help from his teammates as all four other starters were in double figures for scoring. Kevin Love had 13 points, 14 boards, four assists and a steal. George Hill also scored 13 to go with three rebounds, two assists and a steal. JR Smith contributed 11 points, while Tristan Thompson added 10. Additionally, Kyle Korver led a productive bench unit with 14 points.

Celtics only shoot 39 percent

Boston struggled to get anything going offensively as it connected n 29-of-74 from the floor including 6-of-22 on 3 point attemepts. Rookie small forward Jayson Tatum was just about the lone bright spot as he shot 6-of-10 from the field for 18 points. Point guard Terry Rozier added 13 points, while Jaylen Brown and Greg Monroe both contributed 10. The Cavaliers led 32-17 after the first quarter and pushed it to 61-41 by halftime en route to the one-sided win.

NBA Betting Trends

The under is 4-0 in the last four Celtics road games. The under is 5-1 in the last six meetings.

The Cavs are 1-4-1 ATS in their last six home games versus Boston. Cleveland is 4-0 ATS in its last four Monday games.

Clevevland looked great last game, but consistency is an issue with this bunch. LeBron can only do so much on his own. Boston received a reality check with the Game 3 drubbing, but I expect a renewed focus and better shooting performance tonight. The Cavs might be getting a lot of love right now, but I'm not quite buying that they are ready to roll to another victory. Going with Boston here.
