According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the San Antonio Spurs are the favorites to come out of the West, as they have 20/31 odds while the Oklahoma City Thunder have 27/20 odds.

The Spurs are the top seed in the West. San Antonio defeated Dallas in seven games in the opening round and then defeated Portland in five games to reach the conference finals.

Oklahoma City is the second seed in the West. The Thunder needed seven games to beat the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round and then beat the Los Angeles Clippers in six games.

These two have had their eyes on each other all season, battling for the top seed in the West throughout the year. They met four times during the regular season, with Oklahoma City getting the win in all four games. The Thunder have actually won eight of their last 10 against the Spurs coming into this seven-game series.
