(TheSpread) – The 2014 NBA Playoffs continue on Wednesday with a pair of potential elimination contests. Here is a breakdown of the two games taking place.

The featured game of the night has the Miami Heat hosting the Brooklyn Nets at 7PM ET with Miami up 3-1 in the series. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Heat are favored at home, as they have odds of -7 points against the Nets. The over/under total for the game has been set at 188.5 points. Miami won Game 4 on the road, 102-96, to take the commanding 3-1 lead in the series. The winning team has covered the spread in all four games of the series and the two have hit the over in three of the four games.

The other game today has the San Antonio Spurs hosting the Portland Trail Blazers at 9:30PM ET with San Antonio up 3-1 in the series. Oddsmakers have the Spurs as the clear favorite, as they have odds of -7.5 points against the Blazers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 208.5 points. Portland got on the board in the series with a 103-92 win in Game 4. The winning team has covered in all four games of the series and the Spurs have won and covered the spread in five of their last six against Portland.
