Monday's NBA Playoff Odds

(TheSpread) – The NBA Playoffs feature just a pair of games on Monday. Here is a look at the odds and over/under totals for both games.

The featured game on the day is a Game 1 in the Western Conference with the second-seeded San Antonio Spurs hosting the sixth-seeded Golden State Warriors at 9:30PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Spurs are the favorite to win, as they have odds of -8.5 points against the Warriors. The Over/under total for the game has been set at 201 points. San Antonio is 62-24 overall, 37-6 at home and 43-41-2 against the spread. Golden State is 51-37 overall, 20-24 on the road and 48-39-1 against the spread. These two teams met four times during the regular season and the home team won all four meetings. The Warriors covered the spread in three of the four meetings and the teams hit the under in three of the four meetings.

The other game taking place is a Game 1 in the Eastern Conference with the top-seeded Miami Heat hosting the Chicago Bulls at 7PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Heat are the clear favorite to win Game 1, as they have point spread odds of -11.5 against the Bulls. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 186 points. Chicago is 49-40 on the season, 23-22 on the road and 39-50 against the spread. Miami is 70-16 overall, 39-4 at home and 49-37 against the spread. These two teams met four times during the regular season, with each team getting two victories and covering the spread twice. Miami and Chicago have hit the under in six of their last nine meetings.
