Thunder vs. Spurs Prediction
After having their home streak end to the Warriors on Sunday night, will the Spurs rebound tonight when they host the Thunder at 8:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, San Antonio is now an 11-point home favorite versus Oklahoma City while the total is sitting at 202 points. The Spurs had opened as a 9.5-point favorite before the line was bet up, while the total opened at 203 before dropping a full point.
Manu Ginobili (rest) will not play against the Thunder tonight after the Spurs locked up the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference. Boris Diaw (groin) will also miss tonight’s game as Jonathon Simmons and Kevin Martin see extended playing time.
As for the Thunder, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka will all rest for tonight’s game. That means plenty of opportunity for Enes Kanter, Randy Foye, Dion Waiters and Anthony Marrow.
The Spurs are winless at the betting window in their last six games, are 0-4 against the spread in their last four home games and are 1-4 ATS in their last five games playing on one day of rest. The Thunder, meanwhile, are 8-2 against the number in their last 10 games versus a team with a winning record and are 16-7-1 ATS in their last 24 games.
