The Pistons opened as a 1-point favorite before the spread flipped in Philly's favor, while the total has risen slightly from 215 points. The spread ranges from -2.5 to -3.5 in favor of the Sixers, so make sure to shop around for the best line. The total is at 215.5 at all books.

INJURY TO WATCH
Sixers small forward Dario Saric (elbow) is out for tonight's game. Center Joel Embiid (face) is out until late April. Shooting guard Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (ankle) is out indefinitely. For the Pistons, small forward James Ennis III (hand) is questionable. Power forward Blake Griffin (ankle) is out until mid-April. Power forward Jon Leuer (ankle) is out for the season.
Detroit will be officially eliminated from playoff contention with a loss tonight and with Griffin out, I don't see the hosts getting it done against a red-hot Philadelphia team that has won 11 in a row. While Embiid being out is a major absence, the 76ers have rallied together without him and I'd expect it again tonight as they are firmly focused on catching the Cavaliers for the third seed in the Eastern Conference.
