Clippers vs. Knicks Prediction
The Clippers took the opener of a four-game road trip on Friday after edging out the Cavs, but they failed to cover the spread in the process. Will they rebound at the betting window today but covering a huge number versus the Knicks at Madison Square Garden?

Our NBA Live Odds page pulls spreads and totals from multiple different online sportsbooks so you can compare betting odds to ensure you’re getting the best line.
Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Clippers are 10-point favorites to beat the Knicks. The total, meanwhile, sits at 222 points and as of this writing, 58% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Clippers to cover the point spread.
Los Angeles Clippers Fantasy Spin
Danilo Gallinari hit 11-of-15 shots for a game-high 27 points on Friday, adding three rebounds, three assists and one steal in a 110-108 road win. This gives Gallinari eight consecutive games with at least 20 points, extending his career high. He's scorching in March with averages of 24.0 points on 54.5% shooting, 2.8 threes, 6.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists. He continues to destroy his Average Draft Position for fantasy owners, and his stock has spiked after this impressive (and healthy) 2018-19 campaign.
New York Knicks Fantasy Spin
Emmanuel Mudiay made 9-of-21 from the field for 21 points with seven rebounds, four assists, one block and two 3-pointers in 34 minutes against the Nuggets on Friday. Revenge game? Mudiay got off to a fast start with 13 points at half, but the Knicks predictably fell behind in this blowout loss. Dennis Smith Jr. (back) is not close to a return, so the former Nugget guard should have a few more starts headed his way. He's worth a look in standard leagues for those seeking counting stats.
NBA Betting Trends
The under is 17-5 in the Clippers’ last 22 road games and is 6-1 in their last seven games against the Eastern Conference.
The under is 7-3 in the Knicks’ last 10 games overall and has cashed in 11 of their last 16 home games.
This is a big number but the Clippers have been so profitable in this series that I’m willing to lay the 10. They’re 5-1 against the spread in their last six games at Madison Square Garden and have covered in eight of their previous 11 games versus the Knicks. The road team is also 15-7 at the betting window in the last 22 meetings between these two teams while the favorite is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings. The Knicks have been dreadful against the spread at home, failing to cover in 38 of their previous 56 games at MSG. They’re also 1-4 against the number in their last five games overall.
