Jazz vs. Spurs Prediction
Will the San Antonio Spurs slow down the red-hot Utah Jazz tonight? The two teams will meet at 8:30 p.m. ET in one of the best matchups on the NBA Friday night slate.

The Spurs opened as 2.5-point home favorites ahead of tonight's game but the line climbed a full point to 3.5 at the majority of sportsbooks. The total, meanwhile, hit the board at 193.5 but has climbed to 195.
As of this writing, 64% of betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Spurs to cover the point spread. Meanwhile, 58% of the betting tickets wagered online are on the over.
KEY INJURY TO WATCH
The Jazz have some bench players out in Raul Neto (wrist) and Thabo Sefolosha (knee, out for the year). On the other side, Kawhi Leonard (quad) remains out for the Spurs.
It hasn't been wise to bet against the Jazz of late but I see too much value in the Spurs tonight. Utah is 2-5 against the spread in its last seven games versus Southwest opponents, is 2-6 against the number in its last eight games coming off an ATS loss, and is 0-3-1 ATS in its last four games when its starting five players combine for more than 160 minutes of the previous day. On the other side, the Spurs are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games overall, are 5-0 against the number in their last five home games, and have covered in five straight games coming off a win. The Spurs have also had success in this series, as the Jazz are just 7-19-1 against the spread in their last 27 games in San Antonio.
OUR PREDICTION: SAN ANTONIO SPURS -3.5
