Pelicans vs. Kings Prediction
The Kings will attempt not to get swept this season by the Pelicans when the two teams clash at 10:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Kings are 4-point home favorites versus the Pelicans for tonight’s game while the total now sits at 224 points. Sacramento had opened as a 2.5-point favorite before the line was bet, while the total went from 222 up two full points to 224.
Bet Tonight’s Pelicans vs. Kings Game
New Orleans enters play tonight with major injury issues. Alexis Ajinca is out with a fractured sternum (ouch), Norris Cole is sitting with lower back issues, Bryce Dejean-Jones is out with a fractured wrist, Tyreke Evans is out with a right knee injury, Eric Gordon will sit with a fracture right ring finger and Quincy Pondexter is out with a left knee injury. And yet, the Pelicans are only two games back of the Kings this season despite all of these injury problems.

But here’s the problem: The Kings have been a horrible bet at home of late (0-6 against the number in their last six games at Sleep Train Arena) and despite being 9-7 against the spread playing on no rest, they’ve lost by an average margin of 8.3 points in those 16 games.
Despite the injury issues facing the Pelicans, they still have Anthony Davis and they’ve covered in four of their last five games versus the Kings so take the points.
