Can Spurs run past the Bulls tonight?
The San Antonio Spurs look for another big home win tonight when they host the Chicago Bulls at 8PM ET.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Spurs are big favorites at home tonight, as they are getting odds of -14.5 points against the Bulls. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 201.5 points.
San Antonio is 54-10 on the season, 30-0 at home and 39-25 against the spread. Chicago is 32-30 overall, 11-19 on the road and 25-37 against the spread. Chicago won the lone meeting this season, 92-89 at home. The Bulls have covered the spread in three of their last five against San Antonio as well.
What does the public think about this game?
The spread is lofty for a reason, as San Antonio has the top cover record in the NBA at home (20-10 against the spread) and the Bulls are one of the worst at covering on the road (11-19 ATS). The Bulls have failed to cover in three straight on the road while the Spurs have won six of their last seven home games by double figures. San Antonio really doesn’t have letdowns at home, so don’t expect this to be close.
