Golden State Warriors DFS Spin
Stephen Curry shot 8-of-20 from the field and 6-of-6 from the foul line in Sunday’s 113-105 loss to the Lakers, recording a line of 27 points, two rebounds, six assists, one steal, and five 3-pointers in 32 minutes. The first and third quarters weren’t kind to Curry, as he missed all seven of his field-goal attempts in those frames. But the second and fourth: 8-of-13, including 5-of-9 in the final frame. The Lakers were able to run Curry off the line down the stretch, with that defensive approach and the mastery of Anthony Davis proving to be the difference. But the bigger deal for the Warriors was Curry playing 32 minutes without any flare-ups with his left leg. The Warriors will play three games without a back-to-back in Week 20, beginning Tuesday night against the Thunder.
Oklahoma City Thunder DFS Spin
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander returned to the lineup on Sunday and contributed 38 points (10-for-17 FGs, 17-for-19 FTs), seven rebounds, four assists, three steals, one block and one 3-pointer in a 129-119 win over Utah. After missing five games with ankle soreness, an abdominal strain and even a stint in league protocols, SGA was finally healthy and able to play on Sunday. Though he acknowledged that he was more fatigued than usual during his postgame interview, he said the adrenaline allowed him to keep playing through it. Despite the missed time, SGA was his usual dominant self in this game, which should give fantasy managers confidence in him for the rest of the year.
