Dallas is coming off a 127-88 loss at Brooklyn on Monday. The Mavericks have lost and failed to cover in seven of their last eight games. Their last two games have seen them held under 90 points. NBA Betting Trends
Dallas
The Mavericks are 1-5 against the spread in their last six games following a loss and 0-4 ATS in their last four road games.
Washington
The Wizards are 10-4 against the spread in their last 14 home games and 6-2 ATS in their last eight home games against a team with a losing road record.
Prediction:
Washington is a good offensive team that has struggled on defense, but I don’t think the defensive issues will be a problem against Dallas. The Mavericks are struggling on offense right now and they have been a very poor road team all season. Washington has been pretty respectable at home and the Wizards can score in bunches. I think they will quickly shoot their way past Dallas and cruise to a cover.
NBA Prediction: Washington Wizards -6
