HOUSTON, TX (TheSpread) – The NBA BBVA Rising Stars Challenge takes place on Friday night. Here is a look at the odds to win the MVP of this exhibition game.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Kyrie Irving is favored to win this honor, as he has 9/2 odds. Other short odds to win the MVP are Damian Lillard (6/1) and Kenneth Faried (9/1).

Irving, a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, will play for Team Shaq in this game. Irving led Team Chuck to a win last year, scoring a game-high 34 points while dishing out nine assists. Irving is averaging 23.5 points and 5.5 assists per game this season.

Lillard is also part of Team Shaq. He is a rookie for the Portland Trail Blazers. Lillard is averaging 18.3 points, 6.5 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game this season.

Faried is a member of Team Chuck, coached by Charles Barkley. He is a second-year forward for the Denver Nuggets and averaging 12.3 points and 9.7 rebounds per game this season.
