Hawks vs. Mavericks Prediction
The struggling Mavericks will look to right the ship on Wednesday night when they host the Hawks at 7:30 p.m. ET. Give the Hawks previous success against the Mavs, are they the wise play as a 4-point road dog tonight in Dallas?

Atlanta Hawks DFS Spin
Trae Young (calf) double-doubled in his return to action on Saturday with 28 points (6-of-15 FG, 14-of-14 FT), 13 assists, two rebounds, two 3-pointers, two blocks and seven turnovers across 36 minutes in a win over the Raptors. Young did a nice job of creating contact and getting easy points at the stripe, and he didn’t show any hesitation attacking the rack, so we wouldn’t be worried about the calf issue moving forward. With Young back in action, Rajon Rondo returned to the second unit where he finished with two points, two assists, one steal and one turnover in 12 minutes. If you grabbed Rondo for the spot-start, feel free to send him back to the wire.
Dallas Mavericks DFS Spin
Luka Doncic hit 9-of-22 shots, 1-of-7 3-pointers and 7-of-9 free throws for 26 points, eight rebounds, five assists, a steal and seven turnovers in Monday’s win over the Wolves. Not his best night, by a long shot, but he still filled up the stat sheet in a quiet game. This was his second straight game with seven turnovers, which is annoying, while it was interesting to see the Mavs pull him five minutes into the game in hopes of tweaking the rotation to win more games. Whatever the Mavs are doing appears to be working, as the Mavs have won three of their last four games and Luka still logged his standard 37 minutes tonight. Wednesday should be fun when the Mavs face Trae Young and the Hawks for the second time in two weeks.
Hawks vs. Mavericks Betting Prediction
The Hawks have covered in 11 of their last 14 meetings with the Mavericks overall and are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games in Dallas. They’re also 5-1 against the spread in their last six games versus a team with a losing record and have cashed in seven of their last 10 games playing on three or more days of rest.
Meanwhile, the Mavs are just 1-6 against the spread in their last seven games as a favorite, are 1-9 against the number in their last 10 games overall and have failed to cover in 20 of their last 29 games as a home favorite. Dallas is 1-7 against the spread in its last eight games following an ATS loss as well.
