Will the Lakers suffer another blowout loss when they visit the Trail Blazers tonight at 10:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Blazers are 8.5-point home favorites versus the Lakers after opening as a 9.5-point favorite. As for the total, the number hit the board at 226 but has been bet down to 220.
The Lakers were hammered 122-73 in Dallas on Sunday and have lost six of their last seven games, with their lone win coming at home versus the Pacers. D'Angelo Russell will travel with the team tonight but he won't play due to knee and calf injuries. That said, Luol Deng (wrist) will play tonight according to coach Luke Walton.
The Blazers snapped their four-game losing streak with a 127-123 win over the Celtics in overtime on Saturday. In that victory, C.J. McCollum scored 35 points, adding two rebounds, three assists, three steals and three 3-pointers. Damian Lillard also contributed 28 points on 9-of-21 shooting from the field, 2-of-7 shooting from three-point range, and 8-of-8 from the free-throw line.
