Sunday NBA Betting Report
Of the eight teams in action on Sunday in the NBA, no team is hotter at the betting window than the Raptors.
Clippers at Raptors, 6:00PM ET
Toronto is scorching hot both straight up and at the betting window. The Raptors have won seven-straight games to get within 2.5 games back of the Cavaliers for the best record in the Eastern Conference. They’re also 8-2 straight up over their last 10 games, have covered in three consecutive contests and are 6-1 at the betting window in their last seven games. Tonight they’ll be a small 2-point home favorite versus the Clippers, who are just 1-5 against the spread in their last six trips to Toronto. L.A. is also 6-15 ATS in its last 21 games overall versus the Raptors.
Celtics at 76ers, 7:00PM ET
According to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, the Sixers are 8.5-point home underdogs versus the Celtics while the over/under currently sits at 207 points. Philadelphia has been awful this season, winning just six of its 44 games. But the Sixers have been hot at the betting window of late, covering the spread in five straight games. They’re also 4-0 against the number in their last four contests versus Eastern Conference opponents, although they’re just 1-5 ATS in their last six meetings with Boston. The over is also a perfect 5-0 in the Celtics’ last five games.
Mavericks vs. Rockets, 3:30PM ET
Dallas has covered in three straight games and in six of its last eight. They’ll be a small road underdog today when they take on the Rockets, who are 2.5-point home favorites. As a home fave this season, Houston is just 7-13 against the spread and is 10-15 ATS as a home team overall. The Mavericks are just 1-5 against the spread in their last six trips to Houston but the underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings between these two teams.
