San Antonio Spurs DFS Spin
DeMar DeRozan (personal) has been ruled out for Tuesday’s game vs. the Thunder. It’ll be his second straight game on the sidelines, which could result in another start for Trey Lyles while Lonnie Walker and LaMarcus Aldridge will see a decent uptick in usage. It’s unclear exactly why DeRozen is away from the team, but for now, we’ll be considering him questionable for Thursday’s game vs. Houston.
Oklahoma City Thunder DFS Spin
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander powered the Thunder to a win over the Nets on Sunday, tallying 31 points, six rebounds, seven assists, two triples, two steals, one block and two turnovers across 36 minutes. SGA got off to a hot start today, drilling his first five buckets and he finished the game on 11-of-16 shooting from the field and 7-of-8 from the stripe. As per usual, no one could stay in front of him, so he got plenty of easy buckets right at the rim, and the 31 points accounted for a new season-high. He is now just the third player in OKC’s history to record a 30/5/5 game before the age of 23, and he’s been absolutely unconscious over the past two games, drilling 66.6% of his shot attempts.
Spurs vs. Thunder Betting Prediction
The Spurs are just 6-17 against the spread in their last 23 trips to OKC and are winless against the number in their last six games as a road favorite. They’re also just 5-12 against the spread in their last 17 games following a straight up loss and are 6-19-1 at the betting window in their last 26 games as a favorite. On the other side, the Thunder have covered the spread in four of their last five games overall and are 6-2 against the spread in their last eight home games.
