Ford 200 Odds
HOMESTEAD, FL (TheSpread) – The 2011 Camping World Truck Series will complete its season on Friday with the running of the Ford 200 from Homestead-Miami Speedway.
According to oddsmakers, Kevin Harvick is the favorite to win this race with 2/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Denny Hamlin (9/4) and Ron Hornaday (4/1).
Harvick won this race in 2009 and he has competed in nine truck races this year. He has won four of those races and finished in the top 10 in all of them. His average finish on the year is 2.7 and he has finished sixth or better in all his races this season.
Hamlin has competed in just one truck series race this year, winning the Kroger 200 back in October. It was his first career truck win in 13 attempts.
Hornaday won this event back in 2002. He is currently fourth in the point standings. He has four wins and 13 top 5’s on the year. His average finish is 10.3. Prior to a 34th-place finish two weeks ago, Hornaday had placed in the top five of his last five races.
