According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kyle Busch is the favorite to win this race, as he is getting odds of +220 to win, while Joey Logano and Matt Kenseth each have +450 odds and Kevin Harvick had odds of +500 to win. The Kansas Lottery 300 takes place on Saturday at 4:16PM ET from Kansas Speedway.
