Big Machine Vodka 400 Predictions
The NASCAR Monster Energy Series has reached its final race prior to the start of the playoffs. Who will come away with a win in the Big Machine Vodka 400at The Brickyard?
According to the latest oddsmakers, Kyle Busch is the clear favorite today, as he is getting odds of +260 to win. Other short odds to win are Denny Hamlin (+500), Kevin Harvick (+550) and Martin Truex Jr. (+700). The Big Machine Vodka 400 is set to take place today at 2PM ET from Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Kyle Busch +260
Busch is a two-time winner of this race and he comes into today’s race with the best numbers of anyone in the field at The Brickyard. He has an average finish of 10.7 at Indy and a 106.7 driver rating. Busch has four wins on the year, but he hasn’t won in months. He has come up just short many times in that stretch, but you know every non-victory eats away at a driver like him.
Kevin Harvick +550
Harvick is a former winner of this race as well and I think he should have a strong run today as well. Harvick has an impressive average finish of 9.4 at this track over 18 races to go along with a 98.6 driver rating. Harvick has two wins over his last six races and is driving about as well as anyone right now. I like him to be among the top guys today.
Kyle Larson +1000
Larson is winless on the year, but still in good position for the playoffs. He is ninth in the standings and he comes into this this race with some momentum. Larson has finished in the top 5 in four of his last seven races and in the top 10 in five straight races. When it comes to Indy, Larson has driven there five times, and has an average finish of 12.6 at the track with a driver rating of 98.6. Larson really could use the win today to get some momentum and I think he will push a little stronger than other drivers.
