HAMPTON, GA (TheSpread) – Kasey Kahne was fastest in qualifying on Saturday and will start up front for Sunday’s AdvoCare 500 on Sunday night.

According to oddsmakers, Kahne now has 10/1 odds to win the race. Matt Kenseth and Carl Edwards are now the favorites to win the race with 5/1 odds while Kyle Busch has 6/1 odds to win.

Kenseth will start sixth on Sunday. He is currently third in the points standings, 32 points out of first. He has two wins and seven top 10’s on the year. Kenseth has never won on this track but does have eight top 5’s. His average finish here is 13th and his driver rating is 94.5.

Edwards is fourth in the point standings, 35 points out of first. He has one win and 10 top 5’s on the year. Edwards has two wins at Atlanta and an average finish of 12.5. His driver rating is 91.7, which ranks eighth in the series. He will start seventh in Sunday’s race.

Busch is currently tied for the points lead with Johnson. He has four wins and 13 top 5’s on the year, which are most of any driver. Busch has five wins at Atlanta Motor Speedway along with seven top 5’s. His average finish is 8.7 while his driver rating is 108.1, which is best of any driver at this track. Busch qualified third for Sunday’s race.
