The Favorite

Kyle Busch is considered the favorite to win the event and has been given 5/4 odds to win according to oddsmakers at the online sports book SBGGLOBAL. Other short odds to win are Joey Logano (3/1) and Brad Keselowski (4/1). Busch won the 2004 race and he has nine wins on the year in the series, most of any driver.

Past Winners

Keselowski won the race last year while Carl Edwards won the 2008 race. Edwards has 5/1 odds to win. Kevin Harvick and Ryan Newman are also previous winners that are competing this week. Harvick won in 2003 and has 5/1 odds to win while Newman won in 2005 and 2001 and has 18/1 odds.

Keselowski leads Edwards by 327 points in the standings. Keselowski has three wins and 16 top 5’s on the year while Edwards has two wins. Busch sits in third as he has missed four races this year while Justin Allgaier is in fourth place, 615 points behind the lead. Allgaier has 25/1 odds to win this Saturday.
