2013 Coke Zero 400 Predictions
DAYTONA BEACH, FL (ATS Consultants) – TheNASCARSprint Cup moves to Daytona, Fla., for the Coke Zero400from Daytona International Speedwayon Saturday. This is the18thrace on the 2013 Sprint Cup schedule.
Daytona offers 31 degrees of banking in all of its turns, as well as 18 degrees of banking on the tri-oval and three degrees on the straights. Last year, Tony Stewart won the Coke Zero 400 but it’s not a predictable race although “Smoke” leads all active drivers with four wins in this race. He won last year’s race from the 42nd starting position. According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Kyle Busch and Matt Kenseth are 9/1 co-favorites to win tonight’s race, respectively.
Harvick has won one Daytona 500 and the summer race one time. He has an average finish of 16.50 at Daytona which includes five top-5 finishes and ten top-10 finishes.
Sure, Junior hasn’t won at Daytona since 2004. But he has finished second in two of the last three races at Daytona. He should be up front again and has a legitimate chance to win this race. He’s definitely more confident as of late.
Menard has finished four of the last five races at Daytona in the top 15. Richard Childress Racing has had a lot of success with his teammates, Kevin Harvick and Jeff Burton in the past.
