Speediatrics 200 Picks
The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series drives under the lights tonight for the Speediatrics 200. Here are some drivers we like to contend for the win.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Matt Crafton is favored to win this race, as he has +300 odds to win. The other short odds to win are William Byron (+450) and Daniel Suarez (+600). The Speediatrics 200 takes place on Saturday at 8:47PM ET from Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa.
Matt Crafton is a former winner of this race and a truck series regular. He has two wins already this year along with a pair of runner-up finishes. He should be able to contend for a top spot again this year.
William Byron also has a pair of wins this year. He finished third in another race and is performing well as a first-year full-time truck driver. Given there are no big names in this year’s race, Byron should be able to push for the win.
Tyler Reddick has +700 odds for this race, but we think he can come out with the win. Reddick finished third in this race a year ago and had a ninth-place finish in 2014. He has competed in all of the truck races this year and has placed in the top 10 in three straight. He has some success at Iowa and is on a nice streak lately, so look for him to be a dark horse to win.
