NASCAR Truck Series Predictions – 400 6/9/17

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series holds the 400 later tonight. Here are some drivers we like to contend for the win.

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Christopher Bell is the favorite in this race, as he has +180 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Johnny Sauter (+200) at Matt Crafton (+300). The 400 takes place tonight at 8PM ET from Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas.

Bet on the 400

Johnny Sauter has been the driver to beat in truck races this year. He has been the most consistent in the series, picking up one win and three runner-up finishes this year. He has finished in the top 5 at Texas the last two years and was the fall winner at this track in 2016. I like Sauter to contend for the win tonight as well.

Matt Crafton isn’t have the best 2017 thus far, finishing in the top 5 in just one of six races, but Texas has been a good track for him. He won this race in 2014 and 2015 and finished second in both races at Texas last season. I think his good runs at Texas continue tonight as he pushes for another win.

Austin Cindric is a +2000 longshot to win tonight, but I think he has some value there. It would be a surprise to see him win, but the first-year full-time driver has been showing improved results. He finished outside the top 20 in his first three races, but has finished in the top 10 in two of his last five and fifth in last week’s race. I think he can continue to build on his recent success and push the leaders tonight.
