The defending series champion, Kyle Busch, is favored to win this event.

Busch has been given 9/4 odds to win the race according to odds makers at the online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com. Other short odds to win are Brad Keselowski (7/2), Denny Hamlin (9/2), and Kevin Harvick (9/2).

Busch trails Keselowski by 84 points in the standings. He has three wins on the year and has finished in the top five in five of his last six races. Busch finished 16th in this race a year ago and 31st two years ago.

Keselowski leads the series by 59 points over Harvick. Keselowski has won the last two Nationwide events and finished in the top five in the last eight events. Keselowski has finished outside the top 10 in this event the last three years.

Hamlin has raced in one event this year in the Nationwide series. He finished second in the Sam’s Town 300. Hamlin won this event in 2007 and 2006.

Harvick sits second in the point standings and has two wins on the year with seven top 5’s in nine races. Harvick didn’t compete in this even last year but finished 10th in 2007 and seventh in 2006.
