Busch qualified second for Sunday’s race, a place where he holds one win, four top 5’s and nine top 10’s. Busch’s average finish at Phoenix is 13.3 and his driver rating is 99.3, which is the fifth-best of any driver in the Sprint Cup Series.

Stewart qualified 18th for this race. Smoke has one win, seven top 5’s, and nine top 10’s in his career at Phoenix. His average finish on this track is 12.0 and his driver rating is 96.2, which comes in at ninth-best in the series.

Stewart has the capability of winning this matchup and having a nice payout, but Busch seems to be the hot driver right now. He had two wins in Speed Week and was in contention for the Daytona 500.
