Oddsmakers at online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com have given Biffle an over/under of 1.5 wins for the 2011 season. He must compete in 33 races this season for the wager to stand.

Biffle finished sixth in the standings in 2010 and he had two wins on the year. The two wins ended a winless draught that spanned the entire 2009 season for Biffle.

In his career, Biffle has 16 wins over eight full seasons in the Sprint Cup division. Biffle has had at least two wins in five of his eight seasons, so he seems poised to win another two in 2011, but his number of DNF’s have been a problem over the years. He has had 19 DNF’s over the last five years.

Biffle is a pretty steady driver. He is always around the middle of the field and on occasion will breakout for a good showing. The law of averages say he will get two wins, but with so many young, dominant drivers, wins are harder to come by these days.
