PITTSBURGH (AP) -The Pittsburgh Pirates signed Daniel Moskos, their top draft pick out of Clemson, on Tuesday.
The Pirates will assign the 21-year-old left-hander to the rookie Gulf Coast League.
Moskos, the No. 4 overall pick in the June draft, was given a $2,475,000 signing bonus. He went 3-6 with a 3.29 ERA and .276 opponents’ batting average in 27 appearances.
