NEW YORK (AP) -Alex Rodriguez hit his 522nd home run Wednesday night, passing Ted Williams and Willie McCovey for 15th place on the career list.
The New York Yankees star connected in the first inning off Boston's Clay Buchholz. The solo shot was A-Rod's fourth home run of the season.
