Houston Astros DFS SPIN
Jose Altuve went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored as the Astros triumphed over the Phillies in Game 2 of the World Series on Saturday evening in Houston. Altuve wasted no time in this one, smacking the first pitch that he saw from Zack Wheeler for a leadoff double. He then dashed home on an RBI double off the bat of Jeremy Pena on the very next pitch. He also singled twice and was caught attempting to steal in the ballgame. It was the ninth time in his career that Altuve has tallied three or more hits in a postseason game. Even with the three-hit attack though, Altuve is still hitting just .171/.227/.220 with zero RBI during the postseason.
Philadelphia Phillies DFS SPIN
Ranger Suárez will now start for the Phillies in Game 3 of the World Series on Tuesday versus the Astros. Noah Syndergaard had been lined up for the assignment, but the Phillies are switching things up following Monday night’s postponement. Aaron Nola will follow Suárez in Game 4 on Wednesday, and Syndergaard is for now set up as the Game 5 starter on Thursday — unless he’s needed in relief before then. Suárez appeared in relief in Game 1 on Friday at Houston and got two outs on 11 pitches. The 27-year-old lefty has allowed three runs — two earned — in 9 2/3 total innings this postseason.

Astros vs. Phillies MLB WORLD SERIES BETTING PREDICTION
I’m not overly concerned about the Astros’ lack of success at Citizens Bank Park. This is still a team that is 8-1 in its last nine postseason games, is 4-0 in its last four road playoff games and is 5-0 in its last five away games when facing a team with a winning record. The ‘Stros are also 40-11 in their last 51 games when facing a left-handed starter, are 39-14 in their last 53 games overall and are 41-15 in their last 56 contests when playing the third game of a series.
