Tampa Bay Rays DFS SPIN
Rays manager Kevin Cash said late Sunday that he isn’t concerned Wander Franco’s left hand injury moving forward. Franco was spotted shaking his left hand and was examined by the Rays’ training staff during Sunday’s game against the Blue Jays following a fifth-inning fly out. He was eventually lifted from the contest in the eighth inning. Cash added that Franco “got jammed a little bit” and was merely removed for precautionary reasons. It doesn’t sound like fantasy managers should be worried heading into Tuesday’s series opener in Cleveland
Cleveland Guardians DFS SPIN
Steven Kwan went 3-for-5 and hit a grand slam for his sixth career homer as the Guardians topped the Rangers 10-4 on Sunday. The Guardians clinched the AL Central before winning today, as the White Sox loss sealed the division title about a half-hour earlier, but certainly the 10-4 victory made for a more celebratory mood. The slam, which was hit 375 feet to right-center, was the first of Kwan’s career. He drove in five runs in all, topping his previous high by two. Kwan finished the day with a .773 OPS, his high mark since the middle of May.
