Chicago White Sox DFS Spin
Luis Robert went hitless in a seventh straight game Tuesday against the Indians, finishing 0-for-4 with three strikeouts. What was shaping up as an epic Rookie of the Year race between Robert and Kyle Lewis has fizzled out now. Robert was already fading before his current 0-for-22, and he’s now 6-for-66 with one extra-base hit and 27 strikeouts in September.
Cleveland Indians DFS Spin
Jose Ramirez hit a three-run homer in the bottom of the 10th to give the Indians a 5-3 win over the White Sox and clinch a postseason berth on Tuesday. Ramirez had already built a strong MVP candidacy in recent weeks, and a walkoff homer against a division rival to clinch a playoff berth certainly won’t hurt. The homer was Ramirez’s 12th in 23 games and 17th overall this year. He has a .979 OPS, which ranks fifth in the AL, and he arguably has more defensive value than everyone above him on that list (Jose Abreu, Nelson Cruz, DJ LeMahieu and Mike Trout).
White Sox vs. Indians Betting Prediction
The White Sox are 0-4 in their last four games versus the Indians and have now dropped 20 of their last 28 meetings with the Tribe at Progressive Field. But the under is the play tonight. The under is 7-2 in the last nine meetings between these two teams, is 5-1 in the last six meetings in Cleveland and is 12-3-1 in the White Sox’ last 16 games overall, including 8-2 in their last 10 games when they’re an underdog. On the other side, the under is 7-3-2 in the Indians’ last 12 home games and is 41-18-3 in their last 62 games following a win.
