MLB Betting Trends
The Cubs are 5-0 in their last five road games. Chicago is 9-2 in the last 11 Quintana road starts.
The Brewers are 3-9 in their last 12 games following an off day. Milwaukee is 0-5 in the last five Anderson starts in a series opener.
Milwaukee is in must-win mode this series as it needs to win at least three out of four games to make a move in the NL Wild Card standings. There isn't much difference in the starting pitcher matchup here, so I'm going to give the edge to the hosts. While the Brewers offense hasn't been in great form lately, it's also dealt with some tough opponents. I'll take the Brewers here at plus money.
