Harper lifts Nats to win
Bryce Harper hit a game-tying 2-run homer in the ninth inning Monday afternoon, then he added the game-winning sacrifice fly in the 10th inning as Washington won 4-3. Harper finished 1-for-2 with the home run, three RBIs and three walks. Adam Eaton was 1-for-5 with a walk, while Trea Turner ended the game 1-for-5 with a solo homer plus a walk and two runs. MLB Betting Trends
The Cardinals are 39-31 in road games this season. St. Louis is 55-40 in road night games the last two seasons.
The Nationas are 35-33 in home games this season. Washington is 35-35 in games after a win this season.
Mikolas has been very consistent this season and he should be able to turn in a quality outing today. Fedde has struggled at the MLB level and he faces a solid offense today. With how Washington has been up-and-down all season, fading it after a thrilling victory seems like the right choice.
