Cincinnati Reds Fantasy Spin
Jose Iglesias (biceps) went 3-for-4 with a double, triple, an RBI, and a run scored in his return to action Monday against the Nationals. Another nice day at the plate for Iglesias, who missed time over the weekend with minor biceps soreness. He should be good to go moving forward. The 29-year-old has hit safely in six straight games, giving him a .292/.323/.419 batting line over 106 games this season.
Washington Nationals Fantasy Spin
Trea Turner went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer and four RBI to lead the Nationals to a 7-6 win over the Reds on Monday. The homer didn’t look like much off the bat, but it managed to carry the 363 feet it needed to exit the park. It was his 11th homer in 79 games this season. He’s batting .341 with six walks, four steals and 10 runs scored in 10 games this month.
