MLB Betting Trends
New York
The Yankees have won five straight road games and 18 of their last 23 Friday games.
Toronto
The Blue Jays are 7-1 in their last eight Game 2’s of a series, but just 1-4 in their last five home games.
Prediction:
Both teams put on a hitting display last night and I think we could see more of the same today. Happ hasn’t had great numbers this year and is facing a young and surging Toronto lineup. Reid-Foley has good numbers this year, but has pitched a limited amount of time. He has struggled with walks this year and that won’t help him against New York. While I see a lot of runs, I think the Yankees will continue to outscore Toronto. The Yankees have the better bullpen and they are hitting at an unreal pace right now.
MLB Prediction: New York Yankees -155
