Miley's numbers look OK right now, but he has been underwhelming for the last several years. Buehler has had some rough spots as a rookie, but he has plenty of promise and will be in a pitcher's park today. This bet mostly comes down to believing Miley can't hold down the potent Los Angeles lineup.
