According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Dodgers are -175 money line favorites versus the White Sox, who have odds of +155 to pull off the upset. With Kenta Maeda set to face Carlos Rodon in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 9.5 runs.

From Rotoworld: Maeda allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks with five strikeouts across five innings in a victory Friday against Kansas City. Maeda bounced back after an uneven performance last time out, as he improved to 7-4 while lowering his ERA to 4.38. The Dodgers improved to 12-4 over Maeda’s past 16 starts. He has won three of his past four decisions, although he has lasted longer than six innings while yielding less than three runs in just one of his past six starts.
Rodon surrendered six earned runs over 5 1/3 innings Sunday in a loss to the Rockies. Rodon walked four and gave up five hits, including a solo homer to Charlie Blackmon in the Rockies’ five-run sixth inning. He was thoroughly out-dueled by opposing starter Kyle Freeland, who carried a no-hitter into the top of the ninth. Rodon is 1-2 with a 4.32 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and 16/12 K/BB ratio through 16 2/3 innings (three starts) this season.
Bet Tonight’s Dodgers vs. White Sox Game
OUR PREDICTION: The Dodgers are 8-2 in Maeda’s last 10 starts, are 4-0 in their last four road games, and have won 43 of their last 54 games overall. On the other side, the White Sox have dropped five straight, have lost four straight at home, and are 1-6 in their last seven interleague games. The Dodgers will lose again at some point but I’m not going to start betting against them.
