Miami picked up a 5-4 victory Saturday at Atlanta to improve to 33-54 overall and 18-25 on the road. Starlin Castro helped lead the Marlins offense as he finished 3-for-5 with a solo home run and two runs scored. Harold Ramirez was 1-for-5 with a solo homer. Jorge Alfaro ended the contest 3-for-5 with a double, a run and an RBI. Braves fall at home
Atlanta lost by a count of 5-4 at home Saturday against Miami to drop to 53-37 overall and 27-19 at home. Ronald Acuna Jr. and Austin Riley helped pace the Braves offense as they both fnished 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Ozzie Albies finished 3-for-4 with three doubles and two runs scored. MLB Betting Trends
The Marlins are 23-54 in their last 77 road games. Miami is 2-10 in the last 12 Richards road starts.
The Braves are 13-4 in their last 17 home games. Atlanta is 19-8 in its last 27 games versus the NL East.
Miami snuck out a win yesterday and I'm going to take a shot on that happening again here. Keuchel doesn't strike out batters and is still trying to find his form, while Richards has dealt with some bad luck this season and pitched very well at times. If you want a good underdog bet heading into the All-Star Break, this is one to perhaps look at.
