Herman ended the game 1-for-3 with the grand slam plus a walk. Mark Canha finished 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two runs. Matt Olson was 1-for-4 with a homer and two RBIs. Liam Hendriks earned his third save as he struck out two in one perfect frame. MLB Betting Trends
Minnesota
The Twins are 5-0 in their last five game twos of a series. Minnesota is 1-4 in its last five games overall.
Oakland
The A’s are 5-0 in the last five Fiers starts. Oakland is 4-0 in its last four games overall.
Prediction:
Oakland has been hot with the bats as of late and the Twins are struggling. Fiers is a veteran who gives solid starts deep into games more often than not. I don’t want to fade Oakland right now while it is playing such good baseball, especially at a nice price against a slumping team.
