MLB Betting Trends
Toronto
The Blue Jays are 17-37 in their last 54 games overall. Toronto is 5-13 in the last 18 Stroman starts.
Boston
The Red Sox are 8-2 in their last 10 games overall. Boston is 8-3 in the last 11 Porcello home starts.
Prediction:
Boston faltered badly yesterday and now face a groundball machine in Stroman. With Porcello facing a lineup that should also have a tougher time to score than Saturday, I’m going to focus more on the total in this game. I like the under with both starting pitchers frustrating opposing batters enough to keep the game relatively low-scoring.
